My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, especially being next to Robinson Mall, but the proximity to the pool deck area led to early morning disturbances. The room was not in the best condition compared to my previous stay, and the lack of visible water bottles was disappointing. On the bright side, the hotel offers family rooms with private facilities.
The room size on the ground floor may be a bit small and lack natural sunlight due to the building's structure, but overall, the rooms were great and comfortable. The hotel offers excellent service with various amenities such as room service, car hire, and housekeeping. Its location is convenient, especially for travelers passing through or needing quick access to the airport. The dining experience is enjoyable, particularly the healthy salad options. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.
